Dear League Organisers,

We hope that you, your families and friends are all keeping well through these difficult times. It’s certainly been a week like no other and the situation around coronavirus continues to evolve incredibly quickly. We’d like to assure you all that England Netball, along with other major sports organisations are monitoring the situation regularly and responding and adapting as quickly as possible.

You will have seen in our communication to you earlier this week, that unfortunately England Netball has suspended all netball activity to comply with the Government's guidance around social gatherings. We are currently working through a number of areas that will enable us to support you, in your role as a league organiser.

We’re pleased to say that guidance for leagues detailing various ways to approach completing the remainder of the season will be with you next week, we are just finalising this by consulting with a group of competition experts to make sure we’ve considered everything fully.

We know how great the Netball Family is at supporting each other and we ask that you continue to pull together (albeit virtually) during this difficult time. We will do our best to get you back on or at the side of a court as soon as possible, but in the meantime please try to stay connected with your teammates, colleagues, fellow volunteers and others in the netball community as much as possible.

Thank you,

England Netball
