Congratulations to Hampshire Schools, who have now formed their own committee, adopted a constitution and held their first AGM.
New and exciting things have been planned for 2008/09 to include the County round of the National Schools Competition (see below).
National Schools/County Cup Competition
Calling all Hampshire Schools! The County round for the National Schools Netball Competition and new County Challenge Cup takes place this Autumn. For more information, see Invitation Letter (opens MS Word doc, 367kb) and Entry Form (opens MS Word doc, 401kb).
The U14/U16 and U19 will be held as separate all day competitions. All affiliated schools across the county will be eligible to enter. For U16 and U14, in the morning schools will be divided into separate pools. The top two schools in each pool will go through to National School Final County round. The remainder of schools will go into the New County Challenge Cup and Shield Competition. These event will be held at Southampton Sports Centre.
A new U12 County Competition is also being planned whereby teams can enter through their SSP tournament, local tournament winners held by their local school league or as the highest placed team in their local league. A venue is being arranged for the U12 competition.
