Affiliation
Affiliation and Insurance - update 23/01/09
The statement below has been issued by Paul Clark, CEO of England Netball:
A fundamental part of England Netball is the package and benefits it offers to affiliated members, in particular insurance. With the growth of unaffiliated leagues across the country, it is a good time to remind everybody how our members insurance is affected if they participate in unaffiliated netball. Fully affiliated members enjoy third party Liability insurance cover and Gold Personal Accident cover whilst taking part in England Netball approved activity including affiliated Leagues. As stated in the England Netball Insurance FAQs, which are available to download from the Online Members Area. Members who participate in any unaffiliated Leagues or Clubs will have their Personal Accident Insurance cover reduced from Gold to Silver.
To affiliate to England Netball, Netball South and Hampshire Netball Association each club/team needs to go onto the England Netball website, select 'online affiliations' where you will see step by step guidelines including contact details if you get stuck or have any questions.
